Absolutely not! You have the option to focus solely on fitness training if that is your goal. Together we can focus on goals like weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance or even overall improved quality of life.
CAN I JUST TAKE GOLF LESSONS?
Definitely! While including fitness training is strongly recommended to help drive long-term results, packages are available for our golf only clients.
